Needles wins 2A League meet
At Nellis, Shane East led three Needles golfers in the top five with a 3-over 75 as the Mustangs won a 2A Southern League meet.

Kenton Hartwick added a 79 and Cullen Pottmeyer an 80 for Needles, which had a team score of 414. Lake Mead was second at 456, followed by The Meadows (478) and Mountain View (508).

Lake Mead’s Joey Velasquez was the medalist with a 70.

Andrew Duddleston led The Meadows with an 80.
