ROUNDUP: Thomas, Wildcats top leaderboard in Northeast match

Zach Thomas carded a 2-over-par 74 on Tuesday to earn medalist honors and lead Las Vegas High’s boys golf team to victory in a Northeast League match at Sunrise Vista.

Las Vegas shot 468 to top Chaparral’s 526. No other school fielded a full team.

Canyon Springs’ John Wilborn shot 82, and Las Vegas’ Trey Jensen was third at 83.

Montgomery, Falcons top Aggies
At Tuscany, Taylor Montgomery took medalist honors with a 2-under 34, lifting Foothill to a 185-201 win over Arbor View.

Robert Zoucha and Nick Pergola each added a 37 for the Falcons.

Cody Piper led the Aggies with a 35.
