2015 All-State Girls Golf Team

First Team
Alice Duan, McQueen
The senior shot 6-over 148 to finish third in the Division I state tournament. She shot a 2-under 142 to win the Northern Region tournament.
Victoria Estrada, Coronado
The freshman shot 7-over 149 and finished fourth in the Division I state meet, helping the Cougars to the team title. She shot 3-over 75 and tied for second in the Sunrise Region meet.
Annick Haczkiewicz, Palo Verde
The sophomore shot 1-over 143 to win the Division I state title. She shot 3-under par 69 to win the Sunset Region meet.
Ashley Lung, Coronado
The junior shot 14-over 156 and finished seventh in the DIvision I state meet, helping the Cougars to the team title. She shot 8-over 80 to finish sixth in the Sunrise Region meet.
Hunter Pate, Bishop Gorman
The sophomore shot 5-over 147 to finish second in the Division I state meet, helping the Gaels finish second in the meet. She shot 4-over 76 and finished third in the Sunset Region meet.
Sami Penor, Coronado
The sophomore shot 11-over 153 to finish sixth in the Division I state meet and help the Cougars to the team title. She shot 2-over 74 to win the Sunrise Region meet.
Jax Sohl, Bishop Manogue
The senior shot 9-over 151 and finished fifth in the Division I state meet. She shot 20-over 164 and finished fourth in the Division I Northern Region tournament.
Sydney Smith, Faith Lutheran
The sophomore shot 2-over 146 to win the Division I-A state meet and help the Crusaders to the team title. She shot even-par 72 to win the Southern Region meet in a playoff over teammate Morgan Goldstein.

Rose Baral, Bishop Gorman
The freshman shot 17-over 159 and finished in a tie for 10th in the Division I state meet, helping the Gaels finish second in the meet. She shot 13-over 85 and finished in a tie for ninth in the Sunset Region meet.
Emma Gilmore, Spanish Springs
The junior shot 20-over 163 to finish 13th in the Division I state meet. She shot 21-over 165 to finish fifth in the Division I Northern Region tournament.
Morgan Goldstein, Faith Lutheran
The freshman shot 6-over 150 to finish third in the Division I-A state meet and help the Crusaders to the team title. She shot even-par 72 to finish second in the Southern Region meet.
Ashley Malone Desert Oasis
The senior shot 17-over 159 and finished in a tie for 10th in the Division I state meet. She shot 10-over 82 to finish in a tie for fifth in the Sunset Region meet.
Jada McAlister, Spanish Springs
The junior shot 16-over 158 and finished in a tie for eighth in the Division I state meet. She shot 17-over 161 to finish third in the Division I Northern Region tournament.
Danielle Oberlander, Bishop Gorman
The junior shot 16-over 158 and finished in a tie for eighth in the Division I state meet, helping the Gaels finish second in the meet. She shot 8-over 80 to finish fourth in the Sunset Region meet.
Rebecca Oertel, Bonanza
The sophomore shot 18-over 160 and finished 12th in the Division I state meet. She shot 10-over 82 to finish in a tie for fifth in the Sunset Region meet.
Lani Potter, Boulder City
The sophomore shot 5-over 149 to finish second in the Division I-A state meet. She shot 9-over 81 and finished fifth in the Southern Region meet.

Coach of the Year
Joe Sawaia, Coronado
The 15th-year head coach led the Cougars to their second straight Division I state title and their third straight Sunrise Region crown. Coronado earned its 12th trip to the state tournament in the last 13 years.
