BOYS SOCCER: Centennial hands Cimarron-Memorial rare league loss

Ahmed Green scored on an assist from Manny Lopez with five minutes to play to give Centennial’s boys soccer team a 1-0 road victory over Cimarron-Memorial on Tuesday.

Jacob Mays made six saves to earn the shutout for the Bulldogs.

It was the first league loss for the Spartans since Oct. 21, 2013, snapping a 19-game unbeaten streak (17-0-2).

Arbor View 4, Shadow Ridge 2 — At Arbor View, Nicklaus Dongmann had a goal and an assist as the Aggies topped the Mustangs.

Jesse Pierce, Zachary Breaz and Daniel Corona each added a goal for Arbor View, which led 3-0 at the half.

Jack Guynn and Jonathan Perez each had a second-half goal for Shadow Ridge.

Eldorado 2, Desert Pines 1 — At Eldorado, Mario Rocha and Alonso Martinez each had a goal to lift the Sundevils over the Jaguars.

Roberto Gonzalez added an assist for Eldorado.

Joel Sanchez scored on a penalty kick for Desert Pines.

Palo Verde 3, Legacy 0 — At Legacy, Presten Manthey had a goal and two assists to power the Panthers by the Longhorns.

Anthony Kaskie and Max Hulet also scored for Palo Verde.

Panthers goalkeeper Levi Lord made six saves for the shutout.

Cheyenne 6, Moapa Valley 1 — At Overton, Gustavo Martinez and Otoniel Hernandez each scored two goals to help power the Desert Shields past the Pirates.

Carlos Macias and Noe Martinez each added a goal for Cheyenne, which led 3-0 at halftime.

Brian Robles scored Moapa Valley’s goal.
