ROUNDUP: Fajarado’s late goal lifts Chargers over Bonanza
Hugo Fajardo scored the winning goal off a corner kick by Ivan Ojendiz with one minute remaining Thursday, lifting Clark’s boys soccer team to a 3-2 win over host Bonanza.
Salvador Bernal and Juan Regalado also scored for the Chargers.
Sebastian Hernandez and Chad Smith scored for the Bengals.
Durango 6, Desert Oasis 3— At Desert Oasis, Ryan Benavente tallied two goals and two assists to help the visiting Trailblazers beat the Diamondbacks. Paul Morales scored three goals, and Marko Janjusic added a goal for Durango.
Desert Oasis got goals from Jarom Stuart, Tyler Pino and Sebastian Motta.
Spring Valley 3, Sierra Vista 0 — At Spring Valley, Samvel Nikolayan had a goal and an assist to help the Grizzlies top Sierra Vista.
Kyle Martin and Rene Alcantara also scored for Spring Valley.
