ROUNDUP: Volesky, Falcons rally past Patriots

Christian Volesky tallied five goals and two assists Monday as Foothill’s boys soccer team rallied from a 4-1 first-half deficit to post a 7-4 win at Liberty.

Andrea Fatuzzo and Cory Philpot also scored for the Falcons, who notched three goals in the final 10 minutes of the first half.

Daniel Musovski had three goals and an assist for Liberty, and Firas Massis added a goal.

Coronado 0, Silverado 0 — At Silverado, the teams played to a scoreless tie.

Vicente Gomez made four saves for the Skyhawks, who have allowed only one goal in five matches this season.

Danny Seliltti made four saves for the Cougars, who played their fourth scoreless draw and posted their eighth shutout of the season.

Del Sol 3, Basic 0 — At Del Sol, Jesse Romero, Edgar Magallon and Roberto Perez scored one goal apiece as the Dragons blanked the Wolves.

Gerardo Mendoza earned the shutout for Del Sol.

Tech 5, Green Valley 0 — At Green Valley, Jesus Herrera and Rafael Munoz each scored two goals, and Oscar Velazquez added a goal as the Roadrunners blanked the Gators.

Abdel Rodriguez earned the shutout for Tech.

Eldorado 2, Sunrise Mountain 1 — At Sunrise Mountain, Jesse Marta scored a pair of first-half goals to lift the Sundevils past the Miners.

Johnny Rascon scored for Sunrise Mountain.

Desert Pines 2, Las Vegas 1 — At Desert Pines, Gerardo Romero and Sergio Rosales scored to help the Jaguars hold off the Wildcats.

Rancho 6, Chaparral 1 — At Rancho, Marc Hanselman scored three of his four goals in the first half in leading the Rams past the Cowboys.

Mateo Valesquez and Juan Acosta added one goal each for Rancho. Jose Corral had three assists, and Brandon Contreras added two helpers for the Rams.

Fernando Horiega scored for Chaparral.

GIRLS

Pahrump Valley 11, Moapa Valley 0 — At Overton, Melissa Ewing scored four goals, and Madzia DeSalvo scored twice as the Trojans blitzed the Pirates.

Dominique Romero, Sidney Sladek, Janet Garcia, Haley Williams and Brandi Monje also scored for the Trojans.

Garcia and DeSalvo split time in goal to share the shutout.

Boulder City 14, Adelson School 0 — At Adelson School, Ashlin Jorgenson, Jeanette McQuillan, and Tysa Sillitoe scored two goals each as the Eagles shut out the Lions.

Caitlin Donnely, Mirim Hardy, Katie Kevacevich, Dierdre Lowry, Emilla Oscilowicz, Mikaela Stevens, Tasja Toumasis and Keelin Mclauchlan each added a goal for Boulder City.

Sillitoe, Mikaela Stevens and Kayla Morgan combined in goal for the shutout.
