Melissa Ewing scored late in the match Thursday to givePahrump Valley a 3-3 tie with visiting Virgin Valley in girls soccer.
Corissa Butland scored twice in the first half for the Trojans, who built a 2-1 lead.
Virgin Valley’s Andrea Hermosillo had two goals, and Annalee Aragaz scored once for the Bulldogs.
Faith Lutheran 7, Moapa Valley 0 — At Faith Lutheran, the Crusaders had seven players score in a lopsided Class 3A Southern League victory.
Faith Lutheran got one goal each from Maddy Courvoisier, Kari Moloney, Hannah Stevens, Sydney Spoon, Sasha Vancura, Lauren Meyer and Justine Curtis.
Spoon, Courvoisier and Curtis each added an assist. Furman and Audrey Swanson combined on the shutout.
