Bishop Gorman 11-1 to clinch the Southwest League’s No. 3 seed for the Sunset Region playoffs.
Emily Heinz had two triples and two runs, and Briona Santovito, Holly O’Hara and Nicole Liakos also tripled for Desert Oasis.
Andrea McIntosh added two RBIs and scored twice for the Diamondbacks.
Pahrump Valley 14, Spring Valley 4 — At Pahrump, Petra Beighley went 4-for-4 with a triple, double and two RBIs, and the
Trojans scored at least twice in all five innings.
Leanne Morrow was 3-for-3 with three RBIs for Pahrump.
Clark 16, Western 3 — At Western, Elisa Dawson and Marisol Salas combined to pitch a two-hitter, helping the Chargers coast past the Warriors.
Dawson was 4-for-5 with four runs and two RBIs, and Julianna Thornock went 3-for-5 with two RBIs for Clark.
Bonanza 9, Sierra Vista 3 — At Sierra Vista, Nicolette Lind and Alex Teed homered, and the Bengals broke a 3-3 tie with five runs in the sixth inning.
Lind finished 3-for-3 for Bonanza.
Ashley Krumme was 2-for-3 with a triple for the Mountain Lions.
Eldorado 13, Desert Pines 3 — At Eldorado, Denise Ortega and Taylor Price combined to throw a three-hitter and the Sundevils beat the Jaguars in six innings.
Gabriela Trillo was 4-for-4 with three RBIs and three runs, and Megan Jaramillo was 2-for-4 with two RBIs for Eldorado.
Mariah Berrelleza was 2-for-3 and scored a run for Desert Pines.
Valley 14, Chaparral 1 — At Valley, Lorena Villamar pitched a one-hitter with four strikeouts and added a double, two runs and two RBIs to lead the Vikings in five innings.
Mickayla Romero went 2-for-4 with an RBI for Valley.
