ROUNDUP: Green’s double sparks Basic’s comeback win at Silverado

Marissa Ross added a two-run single later in the inning for the Wolves, who fell behind 6-4 when Silverado scored four runs in the sixth.

Paige Blake tripled and singled, and Ross and Green each supplied two hits for Basic.

Riana Splinter went 2-for-3 with a two-run triple, and Kiki Pindel was 3-for-4 with two doubles to lead Silverado, which got two hits and two RBIs apiece from Taylee Heckman and Johanna Benton.

Foothill 4, Green Valley 2 — At Green Valley, Aricia Dami went 2-for-4 with two doubles, a run scored and two RBIs to lead the Falcons past the Gators.

Lindsay Seberry was 2-for-3 with a triple, and Megan Barrera went 2-for-3 with a double for Green Valley.

Chaparral 8, Sunrise Mountain 4 — At Sunrise Mountain, Kaiti Brown and Nicole Lesniak combined on a four-hitter to lead the Cowboys past the Miners.

Lesniak added a two-run single for Chaparral.

Coronado 17, Liberty 2 — At Liberty, Danielle Amato tossed a five-hitter and went 4-for-5 with a triple, a double and four RBIs as the Cougars topped the Patriots in six innings.

Alyssa Ayers was 3-for-5 with a double, two runs and two RBIs, and Emily Hendrix went 2-for-4 with two runs for Coronado.

Elli Brown was 2-for-2 with a double and two RBIs for Liberty.

Rancho 16, Valley 0 — At Valley, Aly Lamboo threw a one-hitter to lead the Rams to a five-inning victory over the Vikings.

Lamboo struck out eight and walked one.

Jacey Kelley was 3-for-3 with a double, a run and an RBI, and Devine Camberos went 2-for-2 with three runs and an RBI for Rancho.

Canyon Springs 17, Desert Pines 3 — At Canyon Springs, the Pioneers took advantage of 17 walks to rout the Jaguars.

Ciera Berkemeyer doubled and drew three walks for Canyon Springs.

Palo Verde 25, Durango 6 — At Durango, Rachael Turner hit for the cycle, going 5-for-5 with a home run, a triple, and a double as the Panthers blitzed the Trailblazers in five innings.

Mackenzie McBride also went 5-for-5 with two doubles and two RBIs, and teammate Salina Gonzalez was 4-for-5 with five RBIs.

Katie Moore went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs for Durango.

Mountain View 19, Lake Mead 5 — At Mountain View, Alley Cintron and Taylor Nelson combined on a five-inning no-hitter to lead the Saints past the Eagles.

Savannah Alley went 3-for-4 with two triples, a double and three RBIs, and Elle Germany was 3-for-4 with a double and three RBIs for the Saints.

Indian Springs 12, Pahranagat Valley 3 — At Alamo, Heather Thormahlen went 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs as the Thunderbirds defeated the Panthers.

Kyli Lopez added a 2-for-2 effort with two RBIs for Indian Springs.

Traci Strong went 2-for-3 to lead Pahranagat Valley.
