Outlook: Zimmerman advanced to the round of 16 in last year’s Sunset Region singles tournament and returns to lead a squad that hopes to be improved this year.

“We will be competitive and are looking to earn a decent seed going into the team regional tournament,” Bloom said. “Our number one player, Vangeli Zimmerman will be looking to improve on his seed placement in the individual regional tournament and possibly make the state tournament.”
