ROUNDUP: Cimarron, Del Sol girls settle for tie
Solena Mednicoff and Stephanie Kaplan went 3-0 in doubles Wednesday, but Cimarron-Memorial’s girls tennis team had to settle for a 9-9 tie at Del Sol.
The teams split their 18 regulation sets and advanced to the tiebreaker, where each team won three times and finished with 32 points.
Katie Fischer and Halley Turner each went 3-0 in singles for Del Sol.
Durango 13, Faith Lutheran 5 — At Durango, the Trailblazers’ doubles teams of Claire Melo and Andrea Melo, and Katie Moore and Josie Dean both went 3-0 en route to a win over the Crusaders.

Cimarron-Memorial 13, Del Sol 5 — At Del Sol, Taylor Larsen went 3-0 in singles as the Spartans defeated the Dragons.
Tim Schultz and Jonas Wellen went 3-0 in doubles for Cimarron.
