GIRLS TENNIS: Kahlea Kimoto helps Arbor View edge Cimarron
Kahlea Kimoto went 3-0 in singles Tuesday to lead Arbor View’s girls tennis team to a 10-8 road victory at Cimarron-Memorial.
Catherine Arizmendez and Devin Diesko went 3-0 in doubles for the Aggies, and teammate Savannah Tynan was 2-1 in singles.
Cara Bender went 2-1 in singles for the Spartans.
Bishop Gorman 10, Clark 8 — At Clark, Amanda Adolfo and Olivia Maalouf finished 3-0 in doubles to help the Gaels slip past the Chargers.
Emma Figueredo and Sadie Klassen went 2-0 in doubles for Gorman.
Andrey Boch-Collins and Rachel Wurmbrand each went 3-0 in singles for Clark.
Foothill 11, Eldorado 7 — At Foothill, Emily Campbell went 3-0 in singles to lift the Falcons over the Sundevils.
Abbey Flinders was 2-1 in singles for Foothill.
Heather Holman and Jessica Ramirez-Samano went 3-0 in doubles for Eldorado.
Moapa Valley 14, Virgin Valley 4 — At Overton, Lindsey Leavitt and Kinzi Robinson each went 3-0 in singles to help the Pirates top the Bulldogs.
Felicia Perez and Averee Widdison went 3-0 in doubles for Moapa Valley.
Faith Lutheran 16, Shadow Ridge 2 — At Shadow Ridge, Madison Foley and Paige Erlanger each went 2-0 in singles as the Crusaders topped the Mustangs.
The doubles team of Dina Ciulla and Jayden Mattson also went 2-0 for Faith Lutheran.
Spring Valley 17, Sierra Vista 1 — At Sierra Vista, Jennifer Do and Tierra Hill each went 3-0 in singles as the Grizzlies routed the Mountain Lions.
Mandy Lu and Alexa Rojas finished 3-0 in doubled for Spring Valley.
Palo Verde 16, Centennial 2 — At Palo Verde, Alissa Till, Shelby Graber, and Brooklynn Harris each went 2-0 in singles to help the Panthers rout the Bulldogs.
The doubles teams of Abby Lewis and Ivana Dobrijevic, and Kaya Richardson and Caroline Hsu both went 2-0 for Palo Verde.
Desert Pines 10, Cheyenne 2 — At Desert Pines, Veronica Palacios and Midori Harper each went 3-0 in singles to help the Jaguars beat the Desert Shields.
