Roundup: Foothill cruises past Las Vegas at home
The doubles teams of Emma Grant and Katelyn Woodworth, and Marlaina George and Victoria Bickel both went 3-0 to help Foothill’s girls tennis team to a 14-4 home win over Las Vegas High on Thursday afternoon.
Isabelle Hanon was 3-0 in singles, and Emily Campbell went 2-0 in singles for Foothill.
Karla Torres was 2-1 in singles for Las Vegas.
Clark 10, Faith Lutheran 8 — At Faith Lutheran, Audrey Boch-Collins went 3-0 in singles to help the Chargers edge the Crusaders in the completion of a match that was suspended Sept. 8 because of weather.
Alysandra Smith was 2-1 in singles for Clark, which led 8-5 at the time of suspension.
Kennedy Barr and Summer Stadtlander each went 2-1 in singles for Faith Lutheran.
Palo Verde 13, Legacy 5 — At Palo Verde, Kaya Richardson, Caroline Hsu and Ivona Dobrijevic each went 2-0 in singles play to lead the Panthers.

Virgin Valley 11, Chaparral 7 — At Mesquite, Emma Wilson went 3-0 in singles to guide the Bulldogs by the Cowboys.
Alexis Boatright and Shandi Stiner finished 3-0 in doubles for Virgin Valley.
Silverado 12, Eldorado 6 — At Eldorado, Lyric Ciarlo went 3-0 in singles play to lead the Skyhawks past the Sundevils.
The doubles team of Morgan Seiler and Kathryn went 2-1 for Silverado.
Heather Holman and Devyn Swain went 3-0 in doubles to lead the Sundevils.

Basic 17, Canyon Springs 1 — At Basic, the doubles teams of Sydney Black and Lydia Abraham, and Nicole Saavedra and Symone Newman each went 3-0 to power the Wolves past the Pioneers.
