ROUNDUP: Wao-Udin leads Patriot girls past Wildcats
Ashley Wao-Udin won all three of her singles sets Thursday to help Liberty’s girls tennis team to an 11-7 home win over Las Vegas.
Aphrah Brokaw and Kayla Whitney went 3-0 in doubles for Liberty.
Val Shively was 2-1 in singles for Las Vegas.
Palo Verde 13, Bishop Gorman 5 — At Palo Verde, Victoire Saperstein and Nikki Newell each went 3-0 in singles play as the Panthers handed the five-time defending state champions their second straight loss.
Sarah Sanders and Megan Randazzo were 3-0 in doubles for Palo Verde.
Foothill 10, Bonanza 8 — At Bonanza, Chloe Zuvka went 2-0 in singles to help the Falcons edge the Bengals.
Jordan Derflinger and Devon Veeson were 2-0 in doubles to help Foothill.
Alison Matlovic was 3-0 in singles to lead Bonanza. Teammates Madeline Sutton and Taylor Gordy-Prescott went 2-1 in doubles.
Silverado 11, Faith Lutheran 7 — At Silverado, Melanie Srok went 3-0 in singles, and Katie Barker and Sasie Hasegawa joined up to go 2-0 in doubles play to lead the Skyhawks past the Crusaders.
Renee Vogel and Paige Schanbacher each went 2-1 in singles for Faith Lutheran.
Arbor View 10, Rancho 8 — At Rancho, Alexandra Portillo went 2-1 in singles to help the Aggies edge the Rams.
The doubles team of Jessica Owens and Natalie Weneterton also went 2-1 for Arbor View.

Solena Mednicoff and Stephanie Kaplan teamed to go 2-0 in doubles for Cimarron.
Desert Oasis 12, Shadow Ridge 6 — At Desert Oasis, Cierra Hartman, Jaynie Connor and Reyna Sanchez-Ferrry each went 3-0 in singles play as the Diamondbacks doubled up the Mustangs.
The doubles teams of Desiree Hogue and Kaylee Green, and Kylee Whittle and Anna Glover went 3-0 apiece for Shadow Ridge.
