Roundup: Croix Reganit leads Mountain Lions by Rancho
Croix Reganit had 29 kills, 19 digs and two blocks to help Sierra Vista’s boys volleyball team to a 28-26, 23-25, 33-31, 25-14 win at Rancho on Wednesday.
Jonny Price added nine kills and three digs for the Mountain Lions.
Adlai Rodriguez had 23 kills and 14 digs for the Rams, and teammate Jhonathen Reyes had 24 assists and nine digs.
Boulder City 3, Tech 2 — At Boulder City, Preston Jorgensen had 28 kills and 20 digs to help the Eagles rally for a 25-11, 21-25, 20-25, 25-18, 15-12 win over the Roadrunners.
Karson Bailey added 26 kills, and Kannon Rose had 24 digs for Boulder City, which got four aces from Cameron Lemon.
Jerin Lacson had 11 kills, and Clayton Faught added 15 assists for Tech.
Centennial 3, Foothill 1 — At Centennial, Andrew Shiheiber had 62 assists, nine digs and four blocks, and Justin Madsen provided 20 kills, 10 digs and four aces as the Bulldogs defeated the Falcons, 25-11, 25-22, 20-25, 25-11.
Nahmani Brown put down 16 kills, and Cole Kahle supplied 11 kills and five blocks for Centennial.
Caleb Stearman notched 21 assists and 17 kills, and Sawyer Campbell had 10 digs and seven kills for Foothill, which got 21 assists from Chandler Higbee.
Shadow Ridge 3, Liberty 1 — At Shadow Ridge, Justin Ahlstrom had 41 assists, 15 digs and four blocks as the Mustangs defeated the Patriots, 25-23, 27-25, 20-25, 25-19.
Garin MacFarlane had 16 kills and 10 digs for Shadow Ridge.
Pascal Chavez had 16 kills, and Jordan Wafer added 11 kills for Liberty. Sefania Mamea dished out 35 assists, and Atapana Malele-Faaifo had 28 digs for the Patriots.
Bonanza 3, Spring Valley 1 — At Bonanza, Mark Thuet had 14 kills, six digs and three blocks to lead the Bengals to a 19-25, 25-13, 25-16, 25-11 victory over the Grizzlies.
Mataio Valoaga had seven kills, nine digs, four aces and four blocks, and Rayden McLaughlin had four kills, two aces and three blocks for Bonanza, which got 28 assists from Anthany Lemus.
Mariano Saucedo had seven kills, and Jakob Repolio added three kills, three aces and two blocks for Spring Valley.
Western 3, Eldorado 1 — At Eldorado, Alejandro Sanchez had five kills as the Warriors defeated the Sundevils, 24-26, 26-24, 26-24, 25-19.
