LETTER: Judges should be liable for releasing criminals who re-offend

It is time that, when career criminals are released to prey on citizens, victims or their families can sue judges who release them into society. Especially when a victim is killed. Then, maybe, criminals will be kept in prison for longer times or life, as many will not change.
