LETTER: No evidence of widespread voter fraud

In his Aug. 5 column, Victor Joecks says a “lack of identified fraud isn’t evidence fraud didn’t happen.” Actually, that is exactly what it means. Study after study has found no significant voter fraud. No evidence supports the assertion of widespread voter fraud.
