Fifteen underdogs scored outright upsets, led by Kansas, which defeated Texas 57-56 in overtime at +31 and 16-1 on the money line. Other big upsets included Georgia State (+400 at Coastal Carolina) and Texas Tech (+375 vs. Iowa State).
