8 Roar Baby Roar – May have discovered a new, effective closing style in last; should see plenty of pace again to rally into.
6 Love My Way – Could be a Rafael Bejarano daily double; has a lot of early speed, but so do many others.

3 Den’s Legacy – Did everything but win last time in a gritty effort; Bob Baffert adding blinkers on to get over the hump.
8 Persuasive Paul – FTS from the Leandro Mora/Doug O’Neill barn; notice how hot they’ve gotten with him under suspension.
Long Shot – 5 Winningconnections
Race 4 – 1 mile, Purse $36,000, Claiming $20,000, 3-year-olds and up
6 Jairzihno – Hasn’t won in 2 years so you need some value; sneaky class drop and he has a good closing kick.
2 Achak – Horse like this are hard to figure; has the resume, back class to win but is returning from a 9-month hiatus.
Long Shot – 1 Arcodor
Race 5 – 7 furlongs, $250,000 Pat O’Brien, 3-year-olds and up
6 Coil – Bob Baffert has an uncoupled entry and both are capable of winning; keep an eye on Capital Account to run on late.
5 Camp Victory – People are rooting for Mike Mitchell as he battles cancer; monster race unsetting The Factor in the Triple Bend.

Race 6 – 6 furlongs, Purse $70,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, Fillies, 2-year-olds
13 Sophie’s Secret – Morning line favorite must draw in off the also eligible list; well bet in debut and ran OK for John Sadler.
6 Another Flashback – FTS from the maestro Jerry Hollendorfer; Joel Rosario returns from Saratoga for the Pacific Classic.
Long Shot – 7 Sacred Delight
Race 7 – 1 mile (turf), $200,000 Del Mar Mile Handicap, 3-year-olds and up
4 Jeranimo – Absolutely exploded in the deep stretch to win the grade 1 Shoemaker; keep Garrett Gomez on this 6-YO.
6 Obviously – Speedball will hope no one goes with him; Joe Talamo rode a similar style with Let’s Go Cheyenne the other day.
Long Shot – 3 Mr. Commons

10 Caminetto – Look at the two colts who’ve beaten him, Brother Francis and Jimmy Creed; his day will come, maybe today.
2 Seven Bridges – Typical green debut, hopped and slow early, fast late; a decent start and he’ll have a much easier task.

Race 9 – 1 1/4 miles, $1-Million TVG Pacific Classic, 3-year-olds and up
9 Game On Dude – This is no slam dunk, but I still feel he’s the best in the west; free running, suits Chantal Sutherland to a T.
3 Richard’s Kid – This turned into a grudge match when new owners took him away from Bob Baffert; races for Leandro Mora today.
Long Shot – 4 Where’s Sterling
Race 10 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $71,000, Optional claiming $25,000, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up
5 Warren’s Knockout – Has run two strong seconds since claimed by Eric Kruljac; has back class and will be flying late.
10 Classic Bobby – Tepid chalk in a wide open affair; has tons of early speed to overcome a parking lot post.
