Golden Knights get national TV schedule for season
The Golden Knights will be on national TV or a streaming service 12 times this season, matching their total from last season.
The NHL’s U.S. partners, ESPN and Turner Sports, released their broadcast schedules Wednesday. The Knights will be on ESPN six times, TNT four times, ESPN+/Hulu once and KTNV-13 once.
Their remaining 70 regular-season games will air on AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain.
The Knights’ opener Oct. 11 at Los Angeles will be on ESPN as part of the NHL’s first day of games in North America. Their April 13 season finale at Seattle also will be on the network.
The Knights also received four updated start times Wednesday because of their national TV schedule. Their Feb. 18 home game against Tampa Bay will now start at 8 p.m., and their home date against Calgary on Feb. 23 will be at 6 p.m.
The Knights’ April 8 trip to Dallas will start at 12:30 p.m. on KTNV-13. The Stars are coached by Pete DeBoer, who was fired by the Knights after they missed the playoffs last season for the first time in franchise history. Their final game against Seattle will be at 7:30 p.m.
