Rams won’t be penalized for handling of Keenum’s concussion

The St. Louis Rams will not be penalized by the NFL for mishandling concussion protocols with quarterback Case Keenum during the team’s 16-13 loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Nov. 22, according to ESPN.
