UNLV golfers Kitayama, Finkelstein win weekly Mountain West awards
Two UNLV seniors were named the Mountain West men’s and women’s golfers of the week.
Kurt Kitayama was honored for his career-low 19-under 197 as medalist at the Jackrabbit Invitational at the Primm Valley Golf Club. UNLV women’s golfer Dana Finkelstein shot 9-under 207 to finish third at the Arizona Wildcat Invitational in Tucson.
