Shea Homes at Ardiente to host event

Shea Homes at Ardiente, an age-qualified resort community in Las Vegas, is inviting the public to a Parade of Homes event. Today and tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Ardiente will host guests on a tour of completed designer homes ready for immediate move-in.

For those who want to design their home from the ground up, Ardiente has announced the release of new-home sites.

With a guarded gate and five-star amenities, Ardiente is an exclusive community where its residents enjoy a resort lifestyle and ample privacy. At the heart of the community is a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse that serves as an extension of each person’s home. It features an expansive fitness center with state-of-the-art cardio and free weight equipment, as well as a group fitness studio. For those who love entertaining, the club is the ideal place to bring family and friends. Guests can take advantage of the game room or billiard room. Here they’ll find six gaming tables and two championship billiard tables. Outdoor recreational amenities include two basketball courts, two resort-style pools, tennis courts lined for pickle ball, three bocce courts and two chipping and putting greens to perfect the short game. Ardiente also has seven parks connected by walking trails and a LifeTrail Course with 24 fitness stations.

One popular move-in-ready home is the St. Tropez. At 1,437 square feet, this home has two beds, two baths and a two-car garage. It features a guest wing on the opposite side of the house from the master suite, maximizing the space and allowing for plenty of privacy. The St. Tropez also designed with an open kitchen concept that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining room and great room. For more intimate dinners, homeowners will also enjoy the St. Tropez’s large covered patio complete with an outdoor fireplace.

All of Ardiente’s new homes are also energy-efficient SheaSolar homes, which include solar power and a suite of energy-efficient features that may reduce monthly electricity costs. Homebuyers can also upgrade to SheaXero features, which are designed to produce as much electricity as the home consumes on average. In some instances these homes perform as “net zero electric" homes.
