Builder to open new Las Vegas neighborhoods

The next nine months will be a whirlwind of product launches and grand openings for Century Communities. But before it all begins, the builder will offer special pricing on move-in-ready homes at all five of its current Las Vegas Valley new-home neighborhoods. During the month of October, Century Communities will hold its Fall Sales Event.

The Fall Sales Event savings are available on select homes throughout the valley, including Rhodes Ranch, Westmont and Redstone in southwest Las Vegas, Tuscany Village in Henderson and Cambria in North Las Vegas.

Several move-in-ready homes at each community are specially priced for the Fall Sales Event. Some are ready for immediate move-in and others are scheduled for completion throughout October, November and December.

"Century Communities is preparing to experience vast growth in this market by opening four additional communities within the next three months and many more planned for 2016," said Don Boettcher, division president of Century Communities.

The substantial progression Boettcher mentions refers to Century Communities' upcoming project in Mountain's Edge this month and two in Skye Canyon by the end of 2015. In early 2016, Century Communities is preparing to open a new series at Rhodes Ranch called The Estates; then Parkview in the southwest and Meadow Ridge in the northwest. Also in the new year, Century will build in the master-planned communities of Lake Las Vegas and Inspirada.

"The Fall Sales Event is an opportunity for homebuyers to purchase a quality home in a desirable community at a very attractive price," said Ryan Soucie, sales director at Century Communities. "Depending on the home and community selected, potential buyers could save up to $20,000 in options or closing costs during this limited-time promotion."

Featured at Cambria are one- and two-story homes starting from the low $200,000s. A gated neighborhood in North Las Vegas, Cambria is nestled into a mature area bustling with shopping, dining and entertainment options. Craig Ranch Regional Park is just seconds from the community and features 170 acres of youth baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, a skate park and a dog park. This park also hosts many fun-filled family events throughout the year.

Plan 1996, a name which reflects its square footage, is available at two different Century Communities' neighborhoods at special move-in-ready pricing. This two-story floor plan highlights three bedrooms, plus an upstairs loft. Enjoy a pumpkin-spiced latte in the kitchen, which includes granite countertops and oversized island, maple cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The owner's suite and two secondary bedrooms are upstairs with the laundry room and two of the three bedrooms include walk-in closets.
