The final three neighborhoods in Summerlin's Mesa village are available for purchase. Nestled next to Bishop Gorman High School and the Spring Mountains, these homes offer the community's broadest selection of floor plans, with 22 different designs including luxury townhomes and single-story homes as large as 4,200 square feet.
