Toll Brothers offers indoor-outdoor living design

Toll Brothers’ largest home in its Montecito community at the Paseos Village of Summerlin boasts nearly 3,000 square feet of space. The Trapani floor plan has four bedrooms and 3½ baths and incorporates several indoor/outdoor living elements throughout the single-story home.

“People get excited about the flow indoors and outdoors in our homes,” Montecito Project Manager Jason Reed said. “It’s a lifestyle that’s growing in popularity.”

The Trapani model features a side patio off the dining room with glass sliding doors and a covered patio off the living room, which comes standard with 12-foot sliding doors.

The open floor plan combines the living, dining and kitchen areas. A large walk-in pantry is standard in the home as is a laundry room, which is behind the kitchen. Hallways are often empty space in many homes, but in the Trapani models, office space can be found in two of the home’s hallways to give homeowners design inspiration.

Three of the four bedrooms sit to the left of the front entrance, and two of them include a Jack and Jill bath with a double vanity.

The master bedroom is in the rear of the home with views into the backyard. The model features a coffee and wine bar, which has become a common addition in models by builders across the Las Vegas Valley.

“It’s definitely a ‘wow’ factor,” Reed said.

In the master bathroom, homeowners have the option to incorporate a free-standing tub.

Montecito is a private, gated community in The Paseos, a 375-acre village west of Interstate 215.

Reed said many of Montecito’s buyers are looking to settle down in a smaller home.

“Most of them are downsizing and are ready for something smaller,” he said. “While we do have some young families, most are empty-nesters who are looking to still get a luxurious home but on a smaller scale so it’s not as large of a task to maintain.”

Though Montecito does not have its own clubhouse, homeowners can take advantage of Paseos park, which includes soccer fields, a water play area and picnic pavilions, and the 150 neighborhood and community parks throughout the master-planned community of Summerlin.
