Arizona Native Discovers Luxury Lifestyle and Sweeping Views at One Las Vegas

Sabrina Langer, a Tucson, Arizona, native, is no stranger to Las Vegas, a city she and her family have visited often. So when Langer was given the opportunity to start a career with MGM Resorts International shortly after graduating college, moving to Las Vegas was comfortable and easy given her long-standing love affair with the city.

This past summer, she became a first-time homeowner when she purchased a two-bedroom corner residence at One Las Vegas, the twin 20-story condominium towers located on the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard.

“My family was very involved in the home selection process, and we all agreed on the must-have features in my future home — security, location and value,” Langer said. “We did a lot of research and visited many high-rise communities in the valley, but none could compare to One Las Vegas. There was something different about its ambiance that made it feel like home to me.”

Langer spent the summer of 2015 working with MGM Resorts International as an intern, so when she was offered a full-time job working in the company’s management training program, she was over the moon. She was determined to complement the good news by finding her dream home.

“Some high-rises feel and look sterile, but when I stepped into the lobby of One Las Vegas, I immediately felt a sense of belonging,” Langer said. “It’s not only beautiful, the concierge is warm and friendly. Plus, all the amenities makes it feel like I am on vacation in a first-class hotel, only better because it’s home.”

After exploring a wide range of floor plans, Langer fell in love with a two-bedroom corner residence, which she knew would be perfect for her and her roommate, another Arizona transplant who also moved to Las Vegas for work. Every night and day, Langer takes in panoramic views of the mountains and the Strip from her wraparound balcony.

“One Las Vegas makes it easy for residents to meet their neighbors through lifestyle events, including paint and wine nights, which are especially fun,” Langer said. “I’ve already made some great friends here. My commute to work on the Strip is a breeze. And when I’m not working, I enjoy hiking at Red Rock (National Conservation Area); entertaining my friends in the community’s movie theater room, Show; and the sports lounge, Play. And when the weather warms up again, you can find me at Splash, our resort-style pool.”

Homes at One Las Vegas range from 831 to 2,857 square feet with many floor plans offering spectacular views of both the mountains and the Strip. One-bedroom homes are priced from the mid-$200,000s; two-bedroom homes from the high $200,000s; and three-bedroom homes from the low $400,000s. The penthouse, which offers 3,000 square feet of sweeping views, is priced at $1.1 million.

One Las Vegas is located close to Interstate 15 and the 215 Beltway and is minutes from McCarran International Airport. Town Square Las Vegas, which is located a few blocks north of the property, provides shopping, dining and entertainment options right in the neighborhood.
