Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram ropes in cowboys during NFR
December 9, 2016 - 7:40 am
One of the largest events to descend on our city every year, the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo brings in hundreds of cowboys and cowgirls as they kick up the dust and battle under the lights in everything from bareback riding to steer wrestling.
A longtime partner of the rodeo, Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram will once again award a Ram 3500 Heavy Duty Laramie Longhorn truck to the 2016 Ram Rodeo Top Gun winner. That award goes to the one contestant who wins the most money in any single event at the NFR and is the only one that pits contestants in multiple events against each other.
“Chapman Dodge is a proud supporter of the NFR, and we’re thrilled for this year’s Ram Rodeo Top Gun winner,” said General Manager Don Hamrick. “We’ve been aligned with the rodeo for a long time now, and our Ram Truck Center is conveniently located to serve all our cowboys and cowgirls during rodeo time.”
Also at Chapman Dodge is longtime salesman Ricky “Cowboy” Maples, who will once again serve as the go-to salesman for those who organize and participate in the NFR. True to his name, Maples has several customers who make a special trip to see him each year during rodeo time. He also seeded the relationship for the annual giveaway of the 3500 Ram Heavy Duty Longhorn Laramie Truck.
“The NFR is always Ricky’s favorite time of year, and he has built tremendous loyalty with his customers both near and far,” Hamrick said. “His larger-than-life cowboy persona continues to be a true asset to our family-owned and operated dealership, and the camaraderie he has with his customers is telling of that.”
As the only dedicated Ram Truck dealer in the state of Nevada, Chapman’s Ram Truck Center offers the best selection of new and pre-owned Ram Trucks.
