Five days after the deadly mass shooting on the Strip, all lanes of Las Vegas Boulevard have reopened.
At 5:20 p.m. Friday, the Metropolitan Police Department announced on Twitter that all lanes were open.
Portions of the Strip have remained closed throughout the week while police investigated the shooting, which left 59 dead and injured 489.
Giles Road from Reno Avenue to Mandalay Bay Road will remain closed for several more days, police said. The area is near the site of the country music Route 91 Harvest Festival. The shooting occurred during the festival.
