Henderson police looking for 2 robbers

Police are asking the public for help identifying two men who stole a register’s cash box from a Henderson business.

The robbery happened about 1:30 a.m. Friday at a Subway, 2620 N. Green Valley Parkway, near East Sunset Road, a Henderson police release said.

The robbers pointed a handgun at a sitting customer, mistaking the customer for an employee. They told the customer to open the register before ripping the register from the counter and stealing the cash box, the release said.

They left with cash in a black sedan. Nobody was hurt, police said.

Police described the first robber as a white man in his 20s. Police described the second robber as a Pacific Islander man in his 20s.

Anyone with information about the robbery can call Henderson Police Department detectives at 702-267-4911 or 702-385-5555 to remain anonymous.
