Warm, sunny weather in Las Vegas to give way to clouds, cooling

Temperatures in the valley will remain warm through the week, before a weekend cooldown, the National Weather Service said.

Thursday and Friday’s forecasts show highs of 67 and 66 degrees with lows in the mid- to high-40s with partly cloudy skies.

Winds on Friday and Saturday could blow between 15 and 25 mph, with gusts up to 30 mph on Friday, the weather service said.

The valley will see a 20 percent chance of rain Friday night that is expected to carry over into Saturday morning, the weather service said. Saturday and Sunday should have highs of 54 degrees and lows of 43 degrees and 36 degrees, respectively.

Skies are expected to be mostly sunny by Sunday.
