Roundup: Second-half goal gives Aggies tie with Liberty

Mya Wilson scored a second-half goal on an assist from Amber Mallas to give the Arbor View girls soccer team a 1-1 tie with visiting Liberty.

Jordyn McCollum scored on an assist from Stephanie Arreola in the first half for Liberty.

Foothill 2, Silverado 1 — At Foothill, Arianna Vigil’s second-half goal broke a 1-1 tie as the Falcons edged the Skyhawks.

Brooke Vokoun also scored for Foothill

Kayla Meyer had Silverado’s goal.

Sierra Vista 4, Bonanza 2 — At Sierra Vista, Amani Felipe scored two goals as the Mountain Lions doubled up the Bengals.

Jasmine Trinidad and Taylor Puckett also scored for Sierra Vista, which got two assists from Janessi Diaz.

Ebelyn Rojas and Ashley Vasquez each scored once for Bonanza.

Shadow Ridge 2, Desert Oasis 0 — At Shadow Ridge, Taylor Lee and Maliah Hernandez each had a goal as the Mustangs shout out the Diamondbacks.

Cassandra Tolton and Tieg Simmons combined on the shutout.

Western 8, Valley 0 — At Valley, Gissell Rodriguez provided three goals and an assist, and teammate Geraldi Gomez added two goals and two assists as the Warriors routed the Vikings.

Devany Marroquin had a goal and two assists, Angelica Sanchez had a goal and an assist, and Caro Acosta also scored for Western, which got two assists from Joeslyn Ochoa. Goalkeeper Maria Yanez earned the shutout for the Warriors.

Durango 8, Chaparral 0 — At Durango, Laila Loring and Maya Swift each had three goals to lead the Trailblazers to a rout over the Cowboys.

Kaitlin Fazendin and Emma Comer also scored for Durango, which got two assists from Synneove Matthews. Goalkeeper Dezirae Castillo had three saves to earn the shutout.

Virgin Valley 2, Clark 2 — At Clark, the Bulldogs and Chargers played to a draw.

Laura Barraza and Holly Orr each had a goal for Clark. Emma Hughes and Malia McOmie scored for Virgin Valley.

Tech 5, Sunrise Mountain 1 — At Sunrise Mountain, Gianna Mestas scored twice and Analysa Zepeda notched a goal and two assists as the Roadrunners defeated the Miners.

Samantha Elliott and Emily Sepulveda each scored a goal, and Magaly Villa supplied two assists for Tech, which led 2-1 at halftime.

Alexandra Trinidad scored on an assist from Brisa Caamano for Sunrise Mountain.

Moapa Valley 5, SLAM Acedemy 2 — At Moapa Valley, Ashlyn Western scored two goals to help the Pirates top the Bulls.

Peyton Schraft, Kaycee Marquez and Italia Bracamontes each added a goal, and teammate Kaitlyn Hopkins notched an assist for Moapa Valley, which broke a 1-1 halftime tie with four second-half goals.

Megan Larocque and Madison Campbell scored for SLAM Academy.

Del Sol 5, Mojave 0 — At Del Sol, Janeth Varela had a goal and an assist as the Dragons blanked the Rattlers.

Shahany Dominguez, Mia Espinoza, Hannia Gonzalez-Parra and Stephanie Tewart each scored a goal for Del Sol, and goalkeeper Jackie Magallon got the shutout.

Pahrump Valley 6, Sky Pointe 1 — At Pahrump, Kimbeerly Ramos and Madelyn Souza each scored three times as the Trojans topped the the Eagles.

Souza also had an assist, and Makayla Gent had two assists for Pahrump.

Hannah Bunch-Driscoll scored for Sky Pointe.
