Outlook: The Pirates bring back six lettermen from a squad that finished as the Southern Region runner-up last year.
Humes was 14th in last year’s Class 3A state meet, and Stastny took fourth in the Southern Region meet.
“We will return to compete at the state cross country meet,” Watkins said. “We hope to repeat our (Sunrise) division championship.”
