Outlook: Peeples takes over for wildly-successful coach Jay Howard, who helped the Aggies to a run of five straight state titles before having the string broken last season.
She’ll have some work to do as only four starters return.
Meyers (19 goals, 5 assists) should be among the leaders on offense, and Cooper (6.5 shutouts) is back to anchor the defense.
“We lost seven senior starters to graduation, so we are a young team,” Peeples said. “Our goal is to remain competitive and continue playing at a high level.”
