Roundup: Brian Washington, Cimarron top Sierra Vista

Cimarron-Memorial’s Brian Washington had 17 points, 11 rebounds and four assists to lead the Spartans to an 83-67 boys basketball victory over visiting Sierra Vista on Monday.
Cimarron’s Marcus Phillips had 14 points, and and teammate George Tribble scored 11.
Sierra Vista’s David Howard led all scorers with 20 points. Isaiah Veal scored 17 points, and Calvin Richards had 10 points for the Mountain Lions.
Canyon Springs 77, Arbor View 62 — At Arbor View, Kevin Legardy scored 33 points as the Pioneers topped the Aggies.
Christopher Ward added 10 points for Canyon Springs, which led 32-31 at the half.
Donovan Yap led Arbor View with 16 points, and Comillion Smith scored 13 for the Aggies.
Cheyenne 76, Sunrise Mountain 41 — At Cheyenne, Glen Taylor had 13 points to lead 12 scorers in the Desert Shields’ victory over the Miners.
Ke’Shawn Hall had 10 points for Cheyenne, which led 36-17 at halftime.
Dalvin Brown and Steven Adeyemi each had 12 points for the Miners.
SLAM Academy 78, Tech 51 — At SLAM Academy, Jalen Cunningham poured in 40 points to lift the Bulls over the Roadrunners.
Londan Coleman had 20 points for the Bulls, who outscored Tech 36-14 in the fourth quarter.
Zail Lewis had 14 points for the Roadrunners.
Mountain View 43, Laughlin 38 — At Laughlin, the Saints edged the Cougars.
