Roundup: Talia Steinwald leads The Meadows to win

Talia Steinwald scored 15 points Thursday to lead The Meadows’ girls basketball team to a 30-13 road win at Adelson School.

The Mustangs used a 14-2 third-quarter run to take a 22-10 lead.

Caroline Altman led the Lions with six points.

Lincoln County 53, Needles 40 — At Panaca, Kailey Kelley scored 21 points to lead the Lynx over the Mustangs.

Brooklyn Hafen added 15 points, and Brynlee Wadsworth scored 11 for Lincoln County, which led 15-6 after one quarter.

Paige Murch and Preslee Murch each scored 13 to lead Needles. Jasmine Mejia added 10 points for the Mustangs.

River Valley (Ariz.) 48, Mountain View 20 — At Mountain View, Bruke Zoyaya had 22 points as the Dust Devils routed the Saints in the Vegas Invitational.

Stevi Christy added 15 points for River Valley.

Jordan Spriggs scored 15 for Mountain View.

Chadwick School (Calif.) 58, Bonanza 29 — At Mountain View, Hope Arnett had 18 points as the Dolphins cruised by the Bengals in the Vegas Invitational.

Katie Rose Garrett and Megan Dinnegan each added 18 points for Chadwick, which outscored Bonanza 20-5 in the fourth quarter.

Karianne Reilly scored nine to pace the Bengals.
