Roundup: Spring Valley edges host Desert Oasis on tiebreaker

The doubles team of Alexa Rojas and Mandy Lu finished 3-0, and Spring Valley’s girls tennis team won a 5-1 tiebreaker over Desert Oasis en route to a 10-9 road win on Friday afternoon.
Karina Damien finished 3-0 in singles for Desert Oasis.
Silverado 14, Las Vegas 4 — At Las Vegas High, Rya Gallego and Morgan Seiler each finished 3-0 in singles as the Skyhawks defeated the Wildcats.
Silverado’s Lyric Ciarlo also finished 2-1 in singles.
Las Vegas’ Janathea Esporas and Karla Torres each finished 2-1 in singles.
Sierra Vista 16, Cimarron-Memorial 2 — At Sierra Vista, Ariana Stanciu, Andrada Stanciu and Sharon Lewis all finished 3-0 in singles to lead the Mountain Lions past the Spartans.
The doubles teams of Aubree Smidt and Bryce Ellis, and Taylore Edwards and Jessica Schneider each finished 3-0 for Sierra Vista.
Faith Lutheran 15, Arbor View 3 — At Faith Lutheran, Summer Stadtlander went 3-0 in singles to lead the Crusaders in a rout of the Aggies.
The doubles team of Courtney Martin and Chloe Pollack went 2-0 for Faith Lutheran.
Kahlea Kimoto was 1-1 in singles for Arbor View.
Desert Pines 16, Adelson School 2 — At Desert Pines, Evelin Beltran and Nadxielli Arredondo finished 3-0 in singles as the Jaguars rolled past the Lions.
Brie Perkins also finished 2-1 in singles, and the doubles teams of Veronica Palacios and Yazaret Arredondo, and Wislande Olibrice and Yesenia Resendez each finished 2-0 for Desert Pines.
Mojave at Sunrise Mountain — The match ended in a double forfeit.
