Roundup: Costandinos Pappas helps Silverado down Las Vegas

Costandinos Pappas finished 3-0 in singles to help Silverado’s boys tennis team to a 12-6 win at Las Vegas High on Friday.

Las Vegas’ doubles team of Nathan Freimuth and Ashton Barney also finished 3-0.

Sierra Vista 14, Cimarron-Memorial 4 — At Sierra Vista, the Mountain Lions had three doubles teams finish 3-0 as they rolled past the Spartans.

The doubles teams of Tyler Sunstrum and Alex Chavira, James Schneider and Aleksander Bolta, and Ryan Watson and Amir Boulakhras all finished 3-0 for Sierra Vista.

Andrew True was 3-0 in singles for the Mountain Lions.

Erik Lytle finished 2-1 in singles for Cimarron.

Faith Lutheran 13, Arbor View 5 — At Faith Lutheran, Jonah Grepke went 3-0 in singles in the Crusaders’ win over the Aggies.

Nicholas Cherbino went 1-0 in singles, and Hayden Coffing and Juno Suwanduan teamed to go 1-0 in doubles.

Nate Anderson was 1-0 in singles for Arbor View, and teammates Caleb Snow and Luke Bailey went 1-0 in doubles.

Desert Oasis 14, Spring Valley 4 — At Desert Oasis, Ogi Zekanovic finished 3-0 in singles to lead the Diamondbacks to a victory over the Grizzlies.

The doubles team of Devin Heiman and Chaison Miklich also finished 3-0 for Desert Oasis.

Desert Pines 15, Adelson School 5 — At Desert Pines, Adan Cano, Kevin Giron, and Treasure Nyame each finished 3-0 in singles as the Jaguars rolled past the Lions.

The doubles team of Jose Ruiz and Alfredo Murillo also finished 3-0 for Desert Pines.

Mojave at Sunrise Mountain — The match ended in a double forfeit.
