Roundup: Boulder City sneaks past Foothill

Olivia Mikelson posted a 3-0 record in singles play to guide Boulder City’s girls tennis team to a 10-9 road victory over Foothill on Tuesday afternoon.

The doubles teams of Marlaina George and Victoria Bickel, and Kristel Peralta and Abbey Flinders both went 3-0 in doubles to lead Foothill.

Clark 11, Sierra Vista 7 — At Clark, Kelly Mader and Joanna Yi went 3-0 in doubles to help the Chargers turn back the Mountain Lions.

Audrey Boch-Collins was 2-0 in singles for Clark.

Andrada Stanciu and Ariana Stanciu each went 2-1 in singles for Sierra Vista.

Bonanza 10, Shadow Ridge 8 — At Bonanza, Aubrey Adams and Madi Cherry each went 3-0 in singles to lead the Bengals to a victory over Shadow Ridge.

Carla LaRosa and Kelsey Spence went 3-0 in doubles for Bonanza, while Ashlyn Myers and Vanessa Almanzor were 2-1 for the Mustangs.

Legacy 10, Durango 9 — At Legacy, the Longhorns topped the Trailblazers 29-24 on tiebreaker points to earn the victory.

Ally Stolworthy and Blake Berkabile each went 2-1 in singles to lead Legacy.

Averiana Mitchell was 3-0 in singles for Durango.

Centennial 11, Arbor View 7 — At Arbor View, all three of the Bulldogs’ doubles teams went 3-0 in their win over the Aggies.

Hannah Robinson and Lainey Waldman, Talia Williams and Ashlee Weger, and Giselle Leyva and Lauren Rowe each went 3-0 for Centennial.

Kahlea Kimoto went 3-0 in singles for Arbor View.

Bishop Gorman 13, Desert Oasis 5 — At Gorman, the doubles teams of Courtney Wolfon and Karissa Matthews, Olivia Balelo and Giovanna Chaparro, and Lauren Song and Ashley Garlan all went 3-0 to power the Gaels past the Diamondbacks.

Madison Winston finished 2-0 in singles for Gorman.

Karina Damien went 3-0 in singles, and teammate Natalia Damien was 2-1 in singles to lead Desert Oasis.

Rancho 11, Eldorado 7 — At Rancho, Anakaren Martinez was 3-0 in singles as the Rams held off the Sundevils.

Heather Holman and Devyn Swain finished 2-0 in doubles to pace Eldorado.

Desert Pines 13, Cheyenne 5 — At Cheyenne, the doubles teams of Yazaret Arredondo and Brie Perkins, and Wislande Olibrice and Yesenia Resendez posted 3-0 records to lead Desert Pines past the Desert Shields.

Kennedy Vincent was 3-0 for Cheyenne.

Faith Lutheran 11, Spring Valley 7 — At Spring Valley, Chloe Pollack and Elyse Dulaine went 3-0 in doubles to help the Crusaders post a win over the Grizzlies.

Kennedy Barr was 2-0 in singles, and the doubles team of Kelsie Seigle and Courtney Martin went 2-1 for Faith Lutheran.

Jennifer Do went 3-0 in singles for Spring Valley.

Virgin Valley 12, Canyon Springs 0 — At Mesquite, Emma Wilson, Talia Hansen and Daisy Sanchez all posted 3-0 records to lift the Bulldogs to a victory over Canyon Springs.

Palo Verde 18, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Cimarron, the doubles teams of Nicole Mendenhall and Clair O’Connell, and Hayden Bulloch and Alyssa Reyes both went 3-0 as the Panthers blanked the Spartans.

Jalen Keller was 2-0 in singles, and Priya Raju and Rachel Reynolds went 2-0 in doubles for Palo Verde.

The Meadows 18, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At The Meadows, Elena Paradiso posted a 3-0 mark to lead the Mustangs to a shutout victory over the Miners.

Western at Mojave — The match ended in a double forfeit.
