Roundup: Liberty boys knock off Rancho

Brendan Brandonisio and Joshua Gordon teamed to go 3-0 in doubles to help Liberty’s boys tennis team defeat host Rancho 11-7 on Tuesday.
Ojas Sali, Ethan Schwartz and Tanner Albright each went 2-1 in singles to pace Rancho.
Las Vegas 11, Eldorado 7 — At Eldorado, Clay Iverson was 2-1 in singles, and the doubles team of Nathan Freimuth and Ashton Barney went 2-1 as the Wildcats held off the Sundevils.
Tanner Howard went 3-0 in singles for Eldorado.
Moapa Valley 15, Chaparral 3 — At Overton, Colby May and Jake Leavitt went 3-0 in doubles play as the Pirates cruised past the Cowboys.
Yadon Witsken and Grady Call went 2-0 in doubles, and Adam Smedley was 2-0 in singles for Moapa Valley.
Green Valley 17, Basic 1 — At Basic, Ryan Elezra was 3-0 in singles play as the Gators stormed past the Wolves.
Carter Gehlken and Scott Gruber went 2-0 in doubles for Green Valley.
Boulder City 18, Virgin Valley 0 — At Boulder City, Andre Pappas was 3-0 in singles to lead the Eagles to a sweep of the Bulldogs.
Boulder City’s doubles teams of Preston Jorgensen and Boen Huxford, Karson Bailey and Tanner Montgomery, and Ty Pendleton and Clayton Pendleton each went 2-0.
Connor Mikkelson was 2-0 in singles for the Eagles.
Foothill 18, Valley 0 — At Foothill, Preston Oakley went 3-0 in singles as the Falcons swept the Vikings.
Dominic Gonzalez and Conner Maroushek went 2-0 in doubles for Foothill, as did Landon Henderson and Luke Burns.
Palo Verde 16, Sierra Vista 2 — At Palo Verde, Jayden Atkin and Nick Abdo both went 2-0 in singles to help the Panthers take down the Mountain Lions.
Denim Richardson and Harrison Rach went 2-0 in doubles for the Panthers, as did Axel Botticelli and Richard Coop.
Tech 15, Del Sol 3 — At Tech, the Roadrunners easily topped the Dragons.
Silverado 12, Canyon Springs 0 — At Canyon Springs, the Skyhawks beat the Pioneers by forfeit.
