The junior won the UNLV Invitational, covering the 3.1-mle course at Craig Ranch Park in 16 minutes, 20 seconds.

Jazmin Felix, Desert Pines
The sophomore finished first at the UNLV Invitational at Craig Ranch Park, finishing the 3.1-mile race in 19 minutes.

Taariq Flowers, Del Sol
The senior rushed for 229 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries to lead the Dragons to a 44-6 win over Western.

Hunter Pate, Bishop Gorman
The senior shot 4-under-par 67 at Bear’s Best to earn medalist honors and lift the Gaels to victory in a seven-team Southwest League match.

William Hailu, Durango
The senior scored three goals in the Trailblazers’ two games last week, including two in a 3-3 road draw with No. 2 Bishop Gorman.

Rainee Brito, Virgin Valley
The freshman scored all four goals in the Bulldogs’ 4-2 win against Las Vegas. She is tied for fourth in the Southern Nevada with 16 goals this season, and all the players ahead of her are either juniors or seniors.

The junior posted a 3-0 singles record to lift the Pirates to a 14-4 win over Virgin Valley.

The sophomore was 3-0 in singles play to lift the Bengals to a 12-6 win over Spring Valley. Bonanza is 8-4 this season.

The junior had 12 kills and 13 digs in a win over Pahrump Valley. Mason also led the Mustangs to a doubleheader sweep of Lincoln County by putting down a total of 10 kills.
