Outlook: The Cougars return five lettermen, including four of the top seven runners from a team that qualified for the Class 4A state meet last year.
“We are a bit young and inexperienced, but we have some good young runners,” Mark Tondryk said. “We should contend for one of the top three spots in the Sunrise Region.”
