Top athletes: Daniel Ziems (Sr.)

Outlook: Ziems is one of the better distance runners in the Sunset Region and leads a big group of returnees for the Panthers.

“We intend to feed off the energy from these returners to turn in some top performances as the season unfolds and as it approaches the postseason,” Messina said. “Even with the loss of some key seniors, the Palo Verde Panthers will still compete and provide quality competition to our local rivals.”
