GIRLS BASKETBALL: Kyndal Ricks scores 19 as Rancho wins at Valley

Kyndal Ricks scored a game-high 19 points to lead the Rancho girls basketball team to a 42-33 victory at Valley on Wednesday.
Lea Williams added nine points for the Rams, who outscored the Vikings 15-6 in the third quarter to take a 38-29 lead.
Jeuzel Pollins led Valley with 12 points.
Centennial 72, Faith Lutheran 24 — At Centennial, Melanie Isbell and Samantha Thomas each had 11 points as the Bulldogs defeated the Crusaders.
Jayden Eggleston added 10 points for Centennial, which led 56-22 at the half.
Bryanna Neagle and Kendall Larson each scored six for Faith Lutheran.
Sierra Vista 72, Bonanza 23 — At Sierra Vista, Shania Harper had 21 points and 10 rebounds, and Iymoni Burrell added 18 points and six steals as the Mountain Lions topped the Bengals.
Kayla Smith added 12 points for Sierra Vista, which held Bonanza scoreless in the first quarter and led 34-12 at halftime.
Madie Gonzalez scored eight points for Bonanza.
Las Vegas 51, Eldorado 27 — At Eldorado, Jasmine Perez led a balanced scoring attack with nine points as the Wildcats defeated the Sundevils.
Armonnie Byrd, Raymani Bordenave and Teconna Dyer each had eight points for Las Vegas, which led 21-6 at halftime.
Ka’Vianna Kitch led all scorers with 10 points for Eldorado.
Tech 41, Del Sol 24 — At Del Sol, Tayler Muwwakkil scored 17 points, and the Roadrunners overcame a three-point halftime deficit to defeat the Dragons.
Jazlyn Domingo-Naval added 13 points for Tech, which outscored Del Sol 28-8 in the second half.
Ana Ozuna supplied six points to pace the Dragons.
Virgin Valley 40, Boulder City 27 — At Boulder City, Bernice Fiso scored 10 points as the Bulldogs topped the Eagles.
Emma Barnum and Brianna Todd each added eight points for Virgin Valley, which led 26-14 at halftime.
Boulder City got six points apiece from Julia Worrell, Setia Cox and Hannah Estes.
Moapa Valley 55, Chaparral 24 — At Overton, Lainey Cornwall led 11 scorers with 10 points as the Pirates topped the Cowboys.
Shelbi Walker, Matilda Thompson and Kinlee Marshall each scored seven points for Moapa Valley, which used a 26-4 third-quarter spurt to take control.
Jai’La Vincent and Sierra Shaw each scored seven points to lead Chaparral.
Desert Oasis 54, Clark 4 — At Clark, Ashlynn Sharp had 15 points as the Diamondbacks rolled past the Chargers.
Ahmaya Smith had nine points for Desert Oasis, which led 25-0 after one quarter and 40-2 at the half.
