FLAG FOOTBALL: Jalyn Joule’s four TD passes lift Legacy over Valley

Legacy’s Jalyn Joule threw for 246 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Longhorns to a 25-0 home victory over Valley on Friday.

Mackaela Nunez caught four passes for 91 yards and two TDs, and Tah’naja Perry and Derrica Daniel each caught a touchdown pass for Legacy.

Kayla Hackett had 11 tackles, including two sacks, to key the defense.

Shadow Ridge 43, Mojave 6 — At Shadow Ridge, Samantha Milanovich scored five touchdowns and had 238 all-purpose yards to lead the Mustangs over the Rattlers.

Shadow Ridge’s Nicole Tripp-Herring completed 10 of 15 passes for 212 yards and four touchdowns.

Dayvian Diaz rushed for 88 yards on nine carries, and Alex McGriff had a touchdown reception for the Mustangs.

Green Valley 39, Moapa Valley 13 — At Green Valley, Deborah Grant rushed for 151 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Gators over the Pirates.

Green Valley’s Bella Cipili completed 3 of 4 passes for 59 yards and two touchdowns. Hennesey Elkins had two receiving touchdowns, Theresa Caruso had a rushing touchdown, and Erin Zinke returned an interception for a touchdown for the Gators.

Moapa Valley’s Felicia Perez caught a 10-yard touchdown pass from Alexis Peay, and Madison Mortensen had a rushing touchdown for the Pirates.

Western 12, Durango 7 — At Western, Fabray Elam rushed 279 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Warriors over the Trailblazers.

Daisy Perez added 50 rushing yards on five carries for Western, which trailed 7-6 at the half.

Basic 31, Del Sol 12 — At Del Sol, the Wolves beat the Dragons.

Del Sol’s Angel Hodges rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown.

Virgin Valley 20, Bonanza 7 — At Mesquite, the Bulldogs rallied for 14 second-half points to top the Bengals.

Cheyenne 19, Silverado 18 — At Silverado, the Desert Shields held off the Skyhawks.
