Outlook: Jackson takes over a team that returns just one starter after struggling last season.

“Although we have a very young team, our expectations are high,” Jackson said. “We are going to build on the excitement and enthusiasm of our first-year players and their eagerness to learn the new system.

“Our goal is to make a run at a conference title and secure a spot in the playoffs. We look to be the darkhorse in the conference and surprise a lot of teams who may be underestimating us.”
