GIRLS BASKETBALL: Jacobs leads Gorman to victory

Megan Jacobs had 20 points Monday to lead Bishop Gorman's girls basketball team to an 81-70 win over Salesian College Prep (Calif.) in the St. Mary's Showcase in Stockton, Calif.
Raychel Stanley and Madison Washington each added 15 points for the Gaels, who jumped out to a 26-13 lead after one quarter.
Skylar Jackson scored 12 points for Gorman.
Minyon Moore led Salesian with 23 points.
Rancho 62, Agassi Prep 49 — At Agassi Prpe, Tatianna Lee had 23 points to lead the Rams over the Stars.
Maureen Macato added 16 points for Rancho, which outscored Agassi 22-12 in the second quarter to take a 37-24 halftime lead.
Green Valley 69, Las Vegas 36 — At Las Vegas, Yamilei Rodriguez had 16 points to help the Gators top the Wildcats.
Brooke Haney added 12 points, and Ellee Barton scored 10 for Green Valley, which led 25-7 after one quarter.
Adrina Collins led Las Vegas with 11 points.
