BOYS SOCCER: Lopez guides Chargers past Mojave

Ivan Lopez had two goals and two assists Monday to help Clark's boys soccer team to a 6-2 victory over visiting Mojave.

Oscar Mata added two goals and an assist, and Ben Harris and Enrique Villarreal also scored for the Chargers, who led 2-1 at the half.

Mojave's Antonio Perez had a goal and an assist, and Eduardo Luna-Ruiz also scored for the Rattlers.

Centennial 3, Arbor View 0 — At Centennial, Adrian Martinez, Carson Smith and Manny Lopez each scored once to lead the Bulldogs by the Aggies.

Jacob Mays made three saves to preserve the shutout.

Canyon Springs 5, Valley 0 — At Valley, Ramon Urias-Medina had a goal and an assist to help the Pioneers top the Vikings.

Saul Garcia, Eduardo Olvera, Juan Covarrubias and Eduardo Quintero-Rodriguez each added a goal, and Edgar Donate had two assists for Canyon Springs.

Daniel Bibriesca made two saves en route to the shutout.

Spring Valley 5, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, David Van Hoose had three goals and an assist to lead the Grizzles over the Desert Shields.

Blake Pride-Zorn and Ethan Orme also scored for Spring Valley, which got two assists from Jose Lopez.

Ethan Harper made eight saves to earn the shutout.

Bonanza 6, Desert Oasis 0 — At Desert Oasis, Manuel Ponce scored three goals to lead the Bengals by the Diamondbacks.

Fernando Arevalo had two goals and two assists, and Juan Rodriguez added a goal and an assist for Bonanza.

Osvaldo Rios was credited with the shutout.

Las Vegas 8, Silverado 2 — At Silverado, the Wildcats scored six second-half goals to pull away from the Skyhawks.

Cannon McCoy, Luis Garcia, Noe Osorio, Yanni Rivas, Jesus Villanueva, Alexander Melchor, Jorge Flores and Randy Casas each scored a goal for Las Vegas, which led 2-0 at the half.

Robert Duplessis and Juan Escalera scored for Silverado.

Adelson School 7, Durango JV 4 — At Adelson, Nevo Ziv had four goals and an assist as the Lions downed the Trailblazers' junior varsity.

Ben Elharrar had two goals and two assists, and Caroline Altman also scored for Adelson.

William Hallu scored three goals, and Manny Valencia added a goal for Durango.
