2015 All-State Girls Tennis Team

First Team

Parker Burk, Liberty

The junior teamed with twin sister Payton to finish second in the Division I state girls doubles tournament. The duo won the Sunrise Region doubles title and helped the Patriots to their first Sunrise team title in six years.

Amber Del Rosario, Bishop Gorman

The senior finished second in both the Division I state singles and Sunset Region singles tournaments. She helped the Gaels win a Sunset team title and finish second in the state.

Madison Foley, Faith Lutheran

The junior finished second in the Division I-A state singles tournament. After finishing second in the Southern Region singles tournament, she helped the Crusaders to the runnerup spot in the state team tournament.

Angelique Friedrich, Bishop Gorman

The freshman won the Division I state singles title, surrendering just eight games in six state tournament sets, and captured the Sunset Region singles title. She helped the Gaels win a Sunset team title and finish second at state.

Chloe Henderson, Palo Verde

The senior teamed with younger sister Sophie to win their third straight Division I state doubles title. She became only the second person to win four individual state titles after teaming with Kristen Newell to win the doubles title as a freshman.

Sophie Henderson, Palo Verde

The junior teamed with older sister Chloe to win their third straight Division I state doubles title. The two dropped just four games in six state tournament sets. Henderson also helped the Panthers win their second straight team title.

McKenna LeVitt, Reno

The junior won the Division I Northern Region singles title and finished third in the state singles tournament. She helped the Huskies to a second-place finish in the Northern tourney.

Abby Lewis, Palo Verde

The junior teamed with Alissa Till to finish third in the Division I state doubles tournament. The duo finished second in the Sunset Region tournament and helped the Panthers to their second straight state team title.

Kristen Newell, Palo Verde

The senior finished fourth in the Division I state singles tournament. After finishing third in the Sunset Region singles tournament, she helped the Panthers win their second straight state team title.

Andrada Stanciu, Sierra Vista

The freshman became the second straight Sierra Vista player to win the Division I-A state singles title, joining Averiana Mitchell. She also won the Southern Region singles title.

Tiffany Theophil, Silverado

The senior won the Sunrise Region singles title, dropping just seven games in eight tournament sets.

Alissa Till, Palo Verde

The junior teamed with Abby Lewis to finish third in the Division I state doubles tournament. The duo finished second in the Sunset Region tournament and helped the Panthers to their second straight state team title.

Annie Walker, Palo Verde

The junior was one of the top players for the Panthers, who won their second straight state team title. Walker missed this year's individual tournament because of illness, but but recovered to contribute in the team tournament.

Rose Berry, Bishop Manogue

The sophomore teamed with Halle Turek to finish second in the Division I Northern Region doubles tournament.

Kayleigh Carlson, Douglas

The senior teamed with Anne Pomroy to win the Division I Northern Region doubles tournament. She also helped the Tigers win the Northern team title.

Criszelle Castro, Silverado

The junior teamed with Megan Lopez to finish second in the Sunrise Region doubles tournament.

Shelby Graber, Palo Verde

The freshman teamed with Kaya Richardson to finish fourth in the state doubles tournament. After finishing third in the Sunset Region tournament, the duo helped the Panthers to their second straight state team title.

Racquel Holder, Green Valley

The senior finished fourth in the Sunrise Region singles tournament and helped the Gators to a second-place finish in the Sunrise team tournament.

Madelyn Landerfelt, Douglas

The junior finished second in the Division I Northern Region singles tournament and helped the Tigers win the Northern team title.

Brittany Leonard, Bishop Manogue

The junior finished third in the Division I Northern Region singles tournament.

Megan Lopez, Silverado

The senior teamed with Criszelle Castro to finish second in the Sunrise Region doubles tournament.

Nikoletta Nikoloff, Coronado

The junior finished third in the Sunrise Region singles tournament.

The senior teamed with Kayleigh Carlson to win the Division I Northern Region doubles tournament. She also helped the Tigers win the Northern team title.

The freshman teamed with Shelby Graber to finish fourth in the state doubles tournament. After finishing third in the Sunset Region doubles tournament, the duo helped the Panthers to their second straight state team title.

Monika Ryan, Bishop Gorman

The senior was a Sunset Region quarterfinalist in singles, falling to eventual state champion and teammate Angelique Friedrich. She helped the Gaels win the Sunset Region team title and finish second at state.

Daria Shalina, Green Valley

The sophomore finished second in the Sunrise Region singles tournament. She also helped the Gators to a second-place finish in the Sunrise team tournament.

Halle Turek, Bishop Manogue

The junior teamed with Rose Berry to finish second in the Division I Northern Region doubles tournament.

Coach of the Year

Frideric Prandecki, The Meadows

Prandecki led the Mustangs to their fourth state title and fifth state championship appearance in six years. The Meadows finished 13-1 overall, including a 14-4 win over Faith Lutheran in the Division I-A state final.
