GOLF: Rumusod, Patriots win Northeast League match

Shaena Rumusod shot 18-over-par 78 at Desert Willow on Thursday to lead Liberty's girls golf team to victory in a Northeast League match.

Lauren Martin added an 86 for the Patriots, who shot 356 as a team. Las Vegas was second at 426, followed by Canyon Springs at 456.

Silverado's Teah Fisher shot 89.

Potter, Eagles win Sunrise match

At Boulder Creek, Lani Potter shot 5-over 77 to lead Boulder City to victory in a Sunrise League match.

The Eagles had a team score of 446. Tech was second with 492, followed by Moapa Valley at 510, Virgin Valley at 524 and Chaparral at 547.

Moapa Valley's Josie Delgadillo shot 95. Boulder City's Madisan Walker carded a 108.

Mustangs top Aggies

At Painted Desert, Katie Thomas took medalist honors with an 8-over 44 to lead Shadow Ridge to a 194-203 win over Arbor View.

Kelsey Barnson added a 47, and Bianca Rodriguez-Willrich shot 48 for the Mustangs.

Betsy Branton led Arbor View with a 46.

Cougars defeat Faith Lutheran

At Revere, Ashley Lung shot 1-under 35 to lead Coronado to a 154-162 win over Faith Lutheran.

Kylie Keyer and Crystle Querol each shot 39 for the Cougars.

Morgan Goldstein led the Crusaders with a 38.

Gaels down Pahrump

At Bear's Best, Rose Baral and Jennifer Le each shot 3-over 38 to lead Bishop Gorman to a 163-224 win over Pahrump Valley.
